Unhappy with investigation of my non-delivery claim
The result of the investigation was that the parcel was delivered to the person authorised to collect. As My name was on the label along with the correct address, how can that be? They haven't confirmed the name of the person who signed for it. Sorry to complain on this platform but it is impossible to find any contact Customer service, once they have ruled on the complaint.
